Supporter Care & Resource Centre Assistant
We're looking for three Supporter Care & Resource Centre Assistants to join our new Supporter Care & Resource Centre Team. We're looking for passionate and dedicated individuals who will ensure supporters receive a great experience, and are guided to getting involved further, helping to keep families close by whilst they look after their sick child in hospital.
At Ronald McDonald House Charities UK, keeping families close is at the heart of everything we do; we build and run Houses that provide a ‘home away from home’ for families who have a sick child in hospital. To do this, we recognise the importance of sustainable income generation, exceptional relationship and supporter care, strong and effective communications and adherence to best practice.
We are looking for organised and supporter focused individuals to join our Supporter Care & Resource Centre at an exciting time of growth for the Charity.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate; you will work closely with the all members of the Income Generation Team, to facilitate the support requirements to ensure existing income streams are maintained and improved. You will provide first class supporter care to new and existing donors, as well as support to the wider Income Generation team.
The right candidate will be a strong team player with a flexible approach to work and be excited at the chance to steward supporters in order to maximise their fundraising potential.
This is the perfect opportunity for an someone who has worked in a similar team for a national charity and looking to bring their experience to a new challenge. The Job Description and Person Specification will tell you about the role itself and detail the kind of person we are looking for. Our web site will tell you more about the great work that we do and the difference we make to the lives of families with sick children.
