Our Recruitment Resourcer will support one of more Resourcing Business Partner (RBP) and be expected to develop a strong pipeline of potential applicants to fit specific briefs or job roles.
Responsible for much of our talent acquisition, our Resourcer will utilise a range of recruitment methods, traditional and innovative, to ensure we have a constant flow of applicants across sales and non-sales, as well as supporting on attraction methods for apprenticeships.
With each project or brief, this role will require ownership in various recruitment activities including advertising vacancies, sourcing of passive applicants and networking externally, all with the principle aim of building trust and credibility with potential new recruits.
The nitty gritty of the job would include
- Source and attract applicants through direct approach, referrals, leveraging recruitment platforms (internal and external) and extensive use of social media.
- Be familiar and comfortable in working to headcount targets, as well as having an awareness of attrition/turnover.
- Where appropriate, complete initial screening activity either via phone or interview.
- Support the RBP on marketing campaigns or initiatives to drive the employer brand and increase flow of applicants.
- Adopt the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including the reporting functions.
- Make suggestions and offer ideas on how to enhance the candidate journey, including Onboarding
So what do we need to see within your CV
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Clear understanding of the passive candidate market and how best to reach your target audience.
- Experience of headhunting and/or talent pooling.
- An expert in using LinkedIn, ideally used to a Premium or Recruiter membership, and the use of InMails.
- Have had exposure to recruiting people in high volume (preferably in all types of sales).
- Offer a confident and capable voice in social media - with examples of successful campaigns.
