MS Office 365 Support Engineer

My Client a global leader in consulting, technology and digital transformation are looking for MS Office 365 engineer for several projects covering the Scottish Highlands, you can be based anywhere in Scotland if you are prepared to travel for around 8 days per month to client sites. You will work on projects thar have a meaningful impact on society and business.

Technically we want candidates who have knowledge of Exchange Online, Skype for Business, Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Directory Synchronization, Proven design, planning and implementation experience with Office 365. Hands-On Migration/Deployment experience to the O365 environment.

Tech skills include:

• Office 365 migration/deployment
• Mailbox archiving
• User provisioning, monitoring, and mailbox management
• Assist with resolving client connectivity issues
• Manage issues related to spam and malware filters, quarantine processes
• Additional access via Outlook web access
• Managing Email aliases, distribution lists, public folder
• Administration of Skype/Teams for Business Online
• Manage entitlements and provisioning
• Identify & resolve connectivity issues
• Manage device policies and integration, such as with Surface hubs
