Recruitment Resourcer, to GBP15 per hour, work from home, Recruitment Admin. exp. essential, temp to end Nov.Your new role
This role is for a Recruitment Resourcer within the Recruitment team supporting them with sourcing, attracting talent and networking, as opposed to liaising with Hiring Managers and managing the 360 recruitment process. The post will be internal support within the Recruitment team.
* Provide an effective talent attraction and selection service to the business.
* Support the Recruitment Officer with the talent attraction aspect of the recruitment process.
* Ensure adherence to the recruitment policies and procedures applying best practice in recruitment activities, ensuring compliance to related legislation.
* To engage a variety of direct candidate attraction methods including, but not limited to; utilisation of job boards, CV databases, social and professional networking sites
* Network and advertise to potential candidates
* To maintain the internal database of prospective permanent and temporary candidates (by job category).
* To carry out detailed candidate short listing against pre-determined selection criteria (including first stage telephone interviews) and present short lists to the Recruitment Officer.
* Make recommendations to the Recruitment Officers as to the strengths of each candidate.
* To support the Recruitment Officer with a high volume of vacancies ensuring that priorities are identified to ensure delivery in line with business strategy.
* In collaboration with the HR Administration team co-ordinate the scheduling of interviews and all other recruitment correspondence, ensuring candidates are managed through the process in a timely and professional manner.
* To maintain a record of shortlisting and selection decisions for every candidate.
* Provide constructive feedback to candidates ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

You will have experience in recruitment administration/recruitment support roles. Key skills and attributes include:

* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
* A thorough knowledge of relevant employment legislation
* Planning and organising, providing a service and information, problem solving.
* Proven track record in supporting recruitment processes.
* Numerate and literate.
* Able to use MS Office applications and operational software.
* Well developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
