Do you have previous Sales Support Administration experience? Are you available immediately?

My client, based in Marlow are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator on a 6month fixed term contract. You'll be joining a small and friendly team to help them to meet their account goals!

Job Duties include:

  • Receiving and making telephone calls to and from customers.
  • Using the company's sales literature to suggest appropriate products to customers.
  • Producing verbal and written quotations for customers.
  • Following-up quotations by telephone.
  • Preparing samples for customers.
  • Resolving issues regarding client complaints.
  • Participate in trade shows
  • Lead follow up in CRM after trade shows
  • Liaising with global suppliers
  • Logging costs to the business, such as courier costs
  • Working with other members of the sales & marketing team to create and maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns
  • Updating customer records on the CRM database.
  • Other general admin, customer service and sales tasks when required

Essential criteria:-

  • Proven sales support administrative experience within a sales environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently, as well as in a team
  • Good level Microsoft Office (with a minimum intermediate level of Excel)
  • Good with figures
  • Confident, assertive, honest, reliable and dedicated
  • Approachable and with a 'can do attitude'
  • Motivated team player
