Fish & Chip Shop Duty Manager

The Rock & Sole chip shop is situated in the heart of our 'Skyline Pavilion' which attracts a heavy footfall of guests. Linked to Rock & Sole are a couple of satellite hotdog carts. During our busy dance festivals, the team will also support with pop up stands delivering snacks & drinks. Purpose of the role •With support have the ability to analyse KPI's to control food costs and labour •Be able to follow and implement stock control systems to maximise gross profit margin •Lead and develop the team with the support of the manager •Maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in both team and the working environment •Ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety legislation as well as the company policy •Competence to comply with menu specifications and ensure they are implemented and maintained by the team •The role requires flexibility as it involves evenings, weekends and split shifts We are looking for someone with: •Passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service •Great organisational skills to ensure we have the right team in the right place at the right time.
