Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join the Residential Sales team at this independent established estate agent who values their customers and colleagues alike. This company is a true believer in investing in its people from Day 1 with the best ongoing training and development, who embraces change and moves with the times. This particular role is based in Southsea.

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in Sales, and have the drive, determination with plenty of get up and go together with pace, passion and enthusiasm.

The position attracts a basic salary of GBP22.5K (additional guaranteed earnings for 3 months) with an OTE GBP35-40K, with a 5-day working week including some Saturday's (2 on, 1 off)

The skills required for this Sales Manager role will include:

• Experienced Residential Sales Agent
• Ability to build great relationships with customers and staff
• Strong record of turning valuations into listings and sales
• Drive, determination and a 'can-do' attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Southsea area would be advantageous
• Full Driving License essential and own car
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
