Do you have what it takes to be an Internal Recruiter with Securitas?

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to join a newly created recruitment team on a permanent basis.

You will be working with Account Directors, Service Delivery Managers, onsite managers and HRBP's to advertise bespoke roles across the UK attracting the best talent from the security industry dependant on role requirements set out in the job descriptions.

You will ensure that the adverts are published via various job boards and then you will be conducting first stage interviews whilst working with the relevant managers keeping them up to date with their roles and applicant progrees.

As an Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for the following:-

  • Liaise with Site Managers and HR Business Partners to understand recruitment needs dependant on site requirements.
  • Via a Microsoft Teams call you will understand the job requirements set out by the Securitas Manager and create advert Templates
  • You will post adverts to relevant job boards set out in the recruitment plan using our specialist recruitment software (Smart Recruit Online)
  • You will review all CV applications and provide a shortlist to Line Managers in agreed SLA's
  • Keep ATS Smart Recruit System up to date with candidate progress and any notes.
  • Arrange interviews and gather feedback from managers on which candidates to progress through to next stage of the interview process.
  • Provide offer details to successful candidates and help then with the onboarding process.
  • Check candidates Right to Work eligibility and monitor the 5 year onboard clearance file whilst working alongside the HR Team to ensure offer letters and contracts are sent out on time.
  • First point of contact for all recruitment queries (Managers and candidates)

Essential Skills
  • For this role we do need someone who has previous experience in a busy recruitment focused position, you will work on an average of 10 -15 roles at any one time. Although there are elements of HR with this position it is foremost a recruitment role.
  • Experience in writing adverts
  • Application consideration and shortlisting,
  • Candidate / Manager interview diary management
  • Be able to overcome any issues raised by managers in relation to recruitment issues on their individual sites (conflict management).

To work with us you will need to be confident, articulate and communicate well both verbally and in written language.
