My client a European Head Office is a Large Retail Group are seeking extra support within The HR Service Centre
This team looks after 25,000 staff
The role is very process driven and must be used to volume work
Duties include:-
- Processing New Starters onto their system and ensuring all documentation on file is correct ( currently have 200 and expecting more in the next few weeks)
- Sending out references and chasing them
- Working through the departmental email box and replying to queries or forwarding to correct team
- Work on own initiative
- Ensuring anything done is updated on Oracle
Skills needed:-
- Used to volume work
- Accurate
- High content of input
- HR background (preferable)
You must have solid experience in dealing with large volumes of work
Starting from home but moving into the office for 3 days a week from July
Must be able to commit to 4 months
