Fantastic opportunity to work for a well established company based in Wakefield who have an urgent requirement for a temporary Booking Administrator - immediate start (could go perm to the right candidate).

Ideal if you have have experience in the travel industry - hands on customer service support needed!

You will be working in a small, busy but friendly team providing admin support as well as excellent customer service support.

Main duties:-

-Answering inbound calls from customers

-Replying to customers via e-mail

-Dealing with queries/questions and complaints

-Updating customer details on the system

-Booking tickets for customers (system based)

-Undertake additional admin duties when required

Person spec:-

-Experience in a similar Customer Service role

-Excellent communication skills verbal/written

-Methodical with a good eye for detail

-Accurate data input skills

-Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

-Team player

-Immediately available

Hours of work are 9.00 a.m.- 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday
