European Head Office of Global Wellness company are looking for a native Hungarian speaker to work as an Account Manager/Compliance Specialist to join their team. This position would suit someone from a Customer Service or Account Management background. This position will communicate with EU Wellness Advocate Distributors, Leaders, and international corporate counterparts to assist them in understanding and implementing the company's Policy Manual, procedures, and local market regulations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Educate and assist leaders on companies policies and procedures
  • Assist to protect company's trademarks rights
  • Communicate personally, telephonically, and in correspondence with Romanian & Hungarian leaders
  • Actively monitors Internet for non-compliant websites, social media sites, and online sales
  • Closely work with Team Lead, Supervisor and Manager to resolve all IDs policy violations
  • Assists and investigates possible policy violations, including duplicate accounts, cross-line recruiting, cross-company recruiting, repackaging, and fraudulent conduct
  • Helps communicate with local and international corporate staff
  • Accurate documentation and case management

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fluent in Hungarian (native proficiency preferred)
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Discretion and judgment are required, able to maintain confidences
  • Excellent telephone, verbal, writing, organizational skills, and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Proficiency in DataTrax and CRM preferred
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Must have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as to work independently
  • 2 months experience in Customer Services preferred
