Sales Viewings Negotiator
One of the South West's leading property firms is currently looking to recruit a Sales Viewings Negotiator to assist the Sales Manager.
Core duties:
* Undertaking viewings with potential applicants and spotting opportunities to cross-sell other suitable properties to buyers.
* Encouraging offers, second viewings or alterative properties to view.
* Undertaking Open Houses
* Providing feedback to Vendors - improving client care by ensuring all viewings are reported to clients in a timely and effective manner.
* Dealing with telephone and internet enquiries and booking appointments in the diary for viewings and market appraisals
* Diary management ensuring that appointments are scheduled effectively
You will have the following skills:
* Previous agency based experience
* An excellent communicator
* Strong MS Office skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Forward thinking apporoach
* Team player
