An urgent requirement has arisen for an Architectural Technician to join a small, well-established Architecture firm based in Banbury.
This company have been providing Architectural services to the local area for 15 successful years - largely within the Residential and Commercial sectors. This continued success has resulted in an ever-increasing schedule of project instructions and as such, they find themselves in the fantastic position of being able to start growing the business.
This is a great opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a company in a very exciting period of their existence.
The ideal Architectural Technician will come with demonstrable UK industry experience and ideally be Revit proficient as well as comprehensive knowledge and demonstrable experience with UK Building Regs.
Revit training will be provided to the right candidate if you can prove strong capability in other areas.
The firm are extremely busy with a packed pipeline of projects and so an immediate start is available to the successful Architectural Technician.
Architectural Technician Requirements:
Relevant Architectural qualification desirable
Demonstrable experience working within UK architecture industry - particularly within the Residential & Commercial sectors
Outstanding technical ability
Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Standards
Proficiency with Revit is highly desirable but training will be provided to the right candidate
Good communication skills are vital
Full UK Driving License - ideal
A competitive salary is on offer, likely to be in the range of GBP25-GBP35k dependant on experience.
