Mon - Thurs 7.30am - 4.30pm Fri 7.30am - 3.00pm

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance administrator to joint our lovely client based in Mansfield.

The role of finance assistant will involve -

Preparation of finance administration for the company accountants
Sales and purchase ledger administration
Matching purchase orders and delivery notes to invoices and inputting on the system highlighting any discrepancies.
Raising sales invoices producing statements and allocating payments
Raising purchase orders and associated administration
Creating and updating Excel spreadsheets with information
Inputting weekly and months hours onto the system ready for the accountant to process payroll
Assisting in preparation of financial reports and attending finance meetings as requiredThe ideal candidate for the role on Finance Administrator will have -

Experience of working within a finance / bookkeeping / accounting role
Excellent use of MS Word and Excel including formulas and pivot tables
Strong attention to detail with strong numeracy skills
You will have a strong work ethic with the ability to work on your own initiative
Strong customer service skills with a customer focused aproach
