Production Operatives - Permanent job - NIGHTS
Location: Boston (PE21)

What you'll be doing?
Due to development and growth, Our client are looking to recruit a variety of skilled positions to work in their Production department. If successful you would be streamlined into one of the following areas: Prep, Mixing, Filling or Deli. However, you may be asked to work in additional areas to suit the needs of the business.
As a Skilled Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring due diligence is followed throughout the production process. You will have a right first-time approach. As part of your role, you will be ensuring the team are working to their maximum potential as well as ensuring that the machinery is working consistently and correctly. You will be responsible for monitoring production to help attain KPIs for productivity and efficiency.
All of the roles involve working in a fast paced, chilled environment in a company that puts people at the core. The site operates 24/7 and you will be required to work on a shift basis including the requirement to work weekends.
What we're looking for?
Good level of English & Math - you will be required to follow processes and recipes, as well as ensuring the correct quantities are used in each batch.
Ideally you will have experience in a working within a similar environment, however, this isn't essential, all training will be provided.
Attention to detail.
Basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene.
Ability to work unsupervised.

Grade 4 - Production Operative (NIGHT) - GBP10.39 per hour (skilled operative)
Grade 3 - Production Operative (NIGHT) - GBP10.06 per hour (sem-skilled operative)
(Pay rates inclusive of a 45p summer uplift for June, July and August)
We are seeking to engage grade 3 and grade 4 Production Operatives, Grade 4 Production Operatives will have previous experience within a similar environment (our team of recruiters will support you in identifying which role best suits your experience).
