Customer Service Coordinator - Required to join out client based just outside of Cambridge. The Customer Service Coordinator will be working within the Civil Engineering and Telecoms sector. The role will within customer complaints & external claims liaison with internal departments & external parties to ensure that the complaint is dealt with effectively & efficiently.

Customer Service Coordinator Position Overview

First port of call for customer complaints as they arise
Dealing with members of the public
Responsible for monthly reports & providing any accrual reporting
Providing monthly updates of complaints / claims to our Senior Leadership Team
Identify opportunities to improve our complaint handling process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attendance at complaint audits as and when required

Customer Service Coordinator Position Requirements

Previous experience with dealing with complaints is advantageous
Strong knowledge of GDPR essential
Excellent communication skills and customer awareness with the ability to respond with empathy
Experience of dealing with customer complaints
Negotiation and influence skills with the resilience and ability to influence others
IT skills, competent with the use of internet, email and Microsoft, Adobe (Word, Excel, Outlook) are a must

Customer Service Coordinator Position Remuneration

Hours: 40 per week
Salary: GBP20K - GBP25K Per Annum, depending on experience.
