We are currently recruiting for a Steel Fabricator / Tool Maker working in large manufacturing company in the Merthyr Tydfil area.
This is a permanent position within the company working Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm.
Responsibilities:
Be an efficient part of our team
Working within the Slim Line department where steel framed doors are manufactured
Provide detailed instructions to manufacturing team of how the product is to be assembled
Be able to read Engineering drawings and machine when required
Be able to operate Milling Machine / Pillar Drill and other fabricating machinesYou will need to have a good eye for detail with a methodical and consistent mindset. Being able to work on your own initiative is also important.
