A leading engineering company in its industry is looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to drive change and make improvements across the business to achieve their future growth plans. The successful candidate will eventually take over as General Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity to put your own mark, you will work closely with Directors to improve the companies processes and procedures and help them realise their full potential.
Responsibilities as Operations Manager:
* Oversee the operations of the manufacturing/engineering plant of a small team of approx. 15-20 personnel
* Drive change and continuous improvement across the company.
* Work closely with the Directors and Senior Management team to achieve company goals
Experience required:
* Experienced Operations Manager within a precision/metals (or similar) manufacturing / engineering environment
* Experience managing & driving change
