Care Home Manager
Care Home Manager - Alloa, Clackmannanshire, Scotland
GBP45 - 50,000 per annum plus bonus
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Qualified Manager (either RGN or RMN) to manage a care home just North of Alloa.
The home is purpose-built for approximately 35 residents across four houses. Each home provides different types of care and support including physical disabilities, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours in both young adults and elderly.
Rated as good by the CI, the new manager will be responsible for not only the regulatory status of the care home but also for its commercial performance.
Therefore we are seeking a manager with at least 2 years experience in a similar role. Experience under the umbrella of a corporate structure would also be advantageous.
Extensive experience within the client set is also essential; complex care, physical and learning disabilities in particular.
