What you'll be doing

Working from our Hitchin offices, our Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinators are primarily responsible for ensuring stock levels are maintained, customer orders are fulfilled and products are shipped on time and in full, customer queries and complaints are handled in a timely manner and relevant documentation and reporting is completed. On any given day you will be:

* Receiving, evaluating and processing customer orders (IT Hardware and Software licences), ensuring that all information is accurate

* Working closely with the sales team to manage customer requirements and respond to any queries

* Ensure daily shipments are arranged on time and booked accordingly with our couriers

* Assisting the team to manage the correct inventory levels and investigate any discrepancies

* Helping to manage inventory levels to ensure that we can meet customer requirements quickly

* Managing the asset register for internal equipment and returned assets

* Processing domain name and support / warranty agreement renewals

This department is instrumental in ensuring we deliver on time, to budget, and to the specific requirements of each customer.
