Property Administrator
Westway Trust are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property and Customer Services Administrator adept to providing efficient and responsive administrative support for the smooth running of the Trust's Property Department.
As the Property and Customer Services Administrator you will need to possess a good level of customer service experience as you will be the first point of contact for responding to enquiries from tenants, customers, contractors and the community for property related matters.
As the Property and Customer Services Administrator you will also be expected to gain quickly a strong understanding of the strategies of the Trust so that you may support the organisation effectively. This will include gaining a solid understanding of the Independent Review into Institutional Racism and its recommendations.
Principal Accountabilities of the Property and Customer Services Administrator
* Acting as the key and first point of contact for all Property enquiries and handle prospective tenants' enquiries.
* Providing a responsive customer service and complaints handling system.
* Coordinating the general day to day administrative activities of the department.
* Arranging viewings and tenant meetings.
* Dealing with prospective tenant applications for spaces available to let, taking up and chasing the return of references and ensuring completion of tenancy/licence documentation.
* Document management/Maintaining good property and facilities management records.
* Supporting with FMR Programme of works, H & S and other Statutory Compliance.
Person Specification of the Property and Customer Services Administrator
* A trainee Property manager or Property administrator with relevant commercial property management experience.
* Possess a good level of property and customer service experience in the commercial and/or community/public sector.
* You will be used to working under pressure and in a multi-faceted organisation.
* The ability to deal with conflict management, with great people management and customer service skills and experience, are ideal.
* Good knowledge of landlord and tenant matters, is desirable
