An exciting opportunity for a Wi-fi or telecoms support engineer to join a company who are in a exceptional period of growth that still have their employees best interests at heart.

In the last few years this company has gained national presence and as such now stand as one of the market leaders for Wi-Fi and network solutions in leisure and commercial settings. They are looking to take on a 3rd line support engineer who will be a long term asset and grow with the company.
Based in their head office in Preston you will be responsible for externally supporting engineers fault find & resolve problems within client network systems. Other day to day tasks will include configuring and testing new equipment as well as updating documentation and responding to alerts from client monitoring systems. This is a Monday to Friday role including very occasional expenses paid stay away.
The ideal candidate is someone with high level knowledge of major Wi-Fi systems and exceptional problem solving & communication skills.
