Our client, an award-winning business, are recruiting for an administrator to join their Planned team; to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the department and the successful delivery of professional customer focused services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the delivery of highly efficient administrative support including, the up to date maintenance of all records (manual and computerised) and the preparation and organisation of all correspondence for meetings
* Receive and deal with routine written and verbal enquiries, ensuring that all agreed standards for responses are met, to deliver the best possible level of customer satisfaction
* Assist in the accurate and timely preparation of all information relating to all aspects of the Planned Team, including the processing of job cards for planned work activity
* Liaise with customers and services directly and indirectly (telephone, email, meetings, letters) to book planned works
* Create and maintain accurate and up to date files for the teams, which allow instant access to information whilst ensuring the security and confidentiality of all data
* Provide efficient administrative support for the teams
Criteria Required:
* Experience in an office administration role
* IT literacy skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle in order to commute to other offices
