Do you enjoy giving great customer service and working in a fast pace environment? We have a new opportunity for an experienced office assistant to join a family owned business based near Llanrwst. Where you will be working in a team to support the business and their customers over the phone and email, giving outstanding customer service.

In the Office Assistant role you will be responsible for:

Providing high levels of customer service, via email and over the phone
Ensuring telephone and email queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
Receiving and processing customer orders
Perform general office duties and provide administrative support
To be considered for the Office Assistant you must have:

Previous demonstrable experience within a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to contribute in a team setting
The ability to be highly organised and efficient within a fast-paced environment
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
This is a full time, temporary assignment ongoing until the end of December 2021. The rate of pay is from GBP9.00 per hr plus holiday pay - higher for stronger candidates, working Monday-Friday from their office based near Llanrwst.
