Pertemps are recruiting for an Administrator to work on an assignment at our well known Public Sector client based in Stirling.

GBP11.78
Starting ASAP for 12 Weeks possible extension
37 Hours per week
Working from home

Main Duties:
Creation of timeline plan for committees and project boards
Identify and coordinate plan and officer diaries around key dates for strategic meetings
Report writing and approval of reports
Dealing with phone and e-mail enquiries
Coordinate and ensure plan is followed and up to date.
Adhoc admin dutiesSkills:
Previous experience within a similar role
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and written skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Strong IT skills Word/Excel
