A Tier 2 Contractor is looking for a Document Controller who has got experience within the construction industry. They need someone who has got experience using multiple edms systems to an admin level, and who is able to work well within a team.

You will be working with the Quality Manager and Document Controller on multiple projects in london.

Role: Document Controller - Perm

Location: Islington

Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP32,000

Distribute documents to relevant team members in a timely manner
Establish and enforce document submissions to correct procedures
Ensure relevant people have access to the latest revisions
Generate Document Reference Numbers
Understand and adhere to project document management plan and BIM plan
Provide ongoing support to project team in a collaborative way to ensure all processes are followed
Maintain a full audit trail for all documents
Efficient file and archiving of all documents
Effectively track drawings, as builts, O&Ms for easy access at the end of the project to clients formatting standards
Training of systems where required to team members and the supply chain
Managing subcontractor document control. Ensure all documents are compliant and accurate
Super-user of eB / Aconex and be able to create folders, give new people access and grant permissions. Document Control Candidate Requirements:

Must have experience using multiple EDMS systems
Ability to train others
Strong ability to manage upstream and downstream document control
Minimum 2 years Document Control experience
