Customer Service Supervisor

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader to work for a growing business based in south Leicester.

As the Customer Service Team Leader, You will be working within a small customer support team and will be expected to coordinate between operations and their customers to provide them with the highest levels of customer service acting as an interface for commercial administrative functions. You will need to provide the customer with the best experience possible.

Your Main duties will be
- Co-ordinate the activities of the Customer Service team; provide support and advice to team members.
- Monitor performance and lead the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide an excellent service to customers.
- Manage performance, plan rotas, conduct appraisals, assist with recruitment Provide ongoing training to team members.
- Answer customer enquiries by telephone and email, plus any other communication channels
- Manage escalated calls and emails from customers.

In return you will be offered an attractive salary of GBP25,000 and work 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday
