Customer Service Account Manager
Talent UK are recruiting on behalf of their client for someone to join their expanding customer success team on a permanent basis, key to be successful in the role you will need to have a strong passion for customer success and service and be able to work productively in a team - currently the role is home based but MAY change to a hybrid role October time, the ability to be self disciplined is also important in a home based role.

Outline of your role
You will be a driving force within the small Customer Success Department reporting directly to the Customer Success Team Leader.
Your role will include being the voice of your customer accounts internally, you will have experience working within a fast-paced Customer Success department and be ready to share your skills, passion and experience with the team.
This is a varied and busy role. No two days will be the same with a variety of customer accounts to manage, all at various points within the implementation and engagement journey, including day to day, and requiring a level of technical support.
You will be able to identify opportunities to grow existing customer subscriptions and have the confidence to use existing accounts to generate new business interest. This will be paired with nurturing warm new business leads and free trial inquiries to becoming future customer accounts.
You will assist in the follow up of action points from customers meetings with other departments
You will quickly develop a strong understanding of the products, understand our position in the market and competition within the industry. This will be developed as part of your induction programme.
Software/IT industry experience - Desirable
Experience working within a fast paced business/role
