Salary: GBP23 - GBP25k per annum
Working Hours: 8:00 - 17:00 4on4off

The role:
We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator for our site based in Grimsby. In this role you will play a part in the Operations Team, supporting site managers and supervisors with day-to-day administrative tasks. An ideal candidate will need to be flexible to work the required shift on the rotation 4on and 4off.
Role Responsibilities:
- Answer general telephone calls and email enquiries
- Perform office duties such as filing, photocopying, processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Monitor central email account, including distribution of emails to correct point of contact
- Process and track accounts receivable applications
- Complete required weekly reports
- Handle vehicles documentation, including vehicle registrations
The Person:
- Previous experience in a similar role as an office support/ administrative role (minimum 1 year)
- Good inter-personal skills and ability to develop relationships with internal and external clients at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
