We want talented Senior Content Designers to join our brilliant DWP digital team.
You will help to identify user needs, design content and help transform products and services used by over 22 million people. You'll help drive generational change in the way people interact with government, making services more accessible and easier to use and run.
Duties. Work. Projects
In DWP Digital, a Senior Content Designer helps to identify and match user needs to appropriate content formats, for both information and transaction-based services.
So, in short, you'll design, create and iterate simple and clear content that helps people get the information they need, in the way they need it.
You will develop the content strategy and solutions for complex services and other products across digital and non-digital content.
We are looking for someone who can:
Design, create and iterate simple and clear content that helps people get the information they need, in the way they need it.
Develop content strategy and solutions for complex services and other products working with digital and non-digital content
Map and writes user stories and is responsible for content quality, including reviewing the work of others.
Mentor junior content designers and manage small teams.

You'll join us in at one of our brilliant digital hubs in your choice of either Leeds, London or Newcastle.
