Our fantastic client is looking to recruit a Logistics Administrator on a part time basis. The successful candidate will support the Logistics Coordinator to manage all inbound and outbound logistics movements for the UK manufacturing unit.
The role requires a candidate who has methodical approach to ensure accurate and timely paperwork is produced for imports and exports. You will work closely with the Yard and Stores teams to maintain a daily Yard plan and will be responsible for producing commercial invoices and other export paperwork.
Key Tasks are as follows:
Coordinating between the Yard and other departments to ensure accurate transport information is maintained and communicated
Producing commercial invoices and customs export declarations
Supporting the coordination of all imports including providing any required details to transport agents, suppliers or internal teams.
Working with Sales and Planning teams to book exports and producing required paperwork
Maintaining accurate records as required
General administrative duties to support the logistics function and other teams if required
If you are immediately available, have experience with MS Office including MS Excel, have the ability to multitask and prioritise then this could be the role for you.
