Administration Assistant
Reporting to: Installations Co-ordinator
Location: Brighton
Hours: 8.30-5pm, Monday to Friday
Overview:
Exciting opportunity for an administration assistant to join the team. Bradbury Electrical Contractors are based in Brighton and are the leading electricians in the area. We are looking for a hardworking individual to assist with administrative duties, such as sending emails, answering the phone, data recording and overseeing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
* Managing diaries and assisting with organising meetings and appointments for both clients and office staff/engineers
* Reviewing stock levels for office equipment and minimising office expenditure
* Supporting Bookkeeper with ad-hoc financial administrative support
* Managing holiday, sickness, attendance and absence records
* Photocopying, Scanning, Printing and Filing
* Sorting and Processing Post
* Providing general administrative support to office staff as required
Skills, qualifications and personal profile:
* Minimum of 1 years administration experience
* Previous experience in the construction/lettings industry will be advantageous
* Excellent computer skills
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Excellent customer service
* Ability to work on own initiative, with minimum supervision and able to work as part of a team
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Comfortable in a fast paced, high pressured environment
