Senior Architect
Exclusively available through Conrad Consulting, Senior Architect required to join an award winning medium sized Practice in Sheffield to spearhead the delivery of a large build-rent scheme.
Required is a super talented seasoned fully qualified ARB / RIBA affiliated Senior level Architect who has substantial project delivery experience predominantly at RIBA Stages 4-7 and a track record of successfully delivering large scale construction projects with a value of GBP20-GBP50million.
The specific project the Senior Architect will lead is a 500 unit build to rent new build project in Sheffield with a project value at over GBP60Million, the project is due to start on site imminently and constriction is expect to last 3-4 years, the design which is through planning is presented in BIM/REVIT.
You will be immediately immersed into a Practice famed for their striking and award winning design portfolio, they are predominantly developer focussed within the Residential markets to include High Rise City centre Living, Bespoke Residential and Student Accommodation, a good majority of these have a zero carbon footprint. Additionally our client are also well known for their work in the Commercial sectors to include Workplace, Mixed Use and some industrial schemes.
The Practice are of medium sized (20+) and have contemporary open plan studio space in the heart of Sheffield and Manchester City, they are a true multi-disciplinary practice with specialist in house divisions sitting alongside their Architects & Designers to include Planning Consultants and Structural Engineers. They also boast a bespoke division which purely specialises in luxury residential projects both large and small, this has recently featured on Chanel 4's long standing programme grand designs.

Requirements for the Senior Architect:
*ARB / RIBA affiliated Project Architect with at least 10 years fully qualified experience.
*UK Practice based background and experience of working in the aforementioned sectors.
*Recent evidential project delivery experience across RIBA stages 4-7.
*Excellent presentation and client facing skills.
*Proven design flair and creative ideas.
*The Practice are 100% REVIT based so the Senior Design Architect will be required to be a proficient BIM/REVIT user.
*Team player and willing to go the extra mile for clients, collaborators & your colleagues.
*Career driven and intent on becoming a key component in a growing practice.
The salary on offer for this position is GBP45,000 per annum + generous benefits package & agile working model.
