GBP20k to GBP22k per annum

Our client is currently recruiting for a Scheduler / Administrator use to working with Job Logic to work for a thriving Property Maintenance Contractor in Poole.
They are looking to bring on board a new team member to lead the introduction of a new company wide operating system to improve their current great delivery of services.
So are you an Scheduler or administrator with good experience of using Job Logic or Oneserve? If so, please read on:
Ideally you will have experience of working in the building services or repairs and maintenance sector.
You will have a positive, team working and customer focused approach.
You will have great IT skills, be well organised, methodical and have an good attention to detail
You will be able to work under pressure and deal with clients and customers by phone and email.
You will be used to logging jobs, booking in appointments, scheduling work activities, assisting with the planning of jobs by close liaison with the Works Managers and updating records.
You will be flexible and willing to get involved with admin support across the business.
