Personal Assistant / Office Manager

As our Personal Assistant / Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing high level professional support to the Founder of this rapidly expanding and highly successful business.

Key Responsibiltiies
As our PA / Officer Manager will be responsible for:
* Diary management for the CEO and arranging meetings
* Receive, screen, prioritise and redirect incoming mail and calls ensuring enquiries and routine issues are forwarded appropriately.
* Taking, typing up and distributing monthly board meeting Agendas and Minutes
* Corresponding via email, writing letters and communicating regarding information for general updates and internal communications
* This role is a multifaceted and you will be the sort of PA that can turn your attention from one task to another, whilst upholding an exemplary level of work.
* Reports into the CEO and attends monthly board meetings with management team
* Ordering office stationery
* Forming and maintaining employee records
* Updating databases internally, such as company org structures
* Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e., employment contracts and documentation
Requirements
Bright, with a track record of academic and non-academic achievements - please include all academic qualifications and grades awarded with your application.
Job Specific Requirements
* Experience of working as a Personal Assistant or Office Manager is desired
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
* Confident, resilient and professional
* A great team player with a 'can do' attitude
* A passion to succeed and deliver outstanding results
