Office Centre Manager - Doncaster GBP21, Months FTC

Clemence Rogers are currently recruiting for an Immediately Available Office Centre Manager to join a well-established shared serviced office in Doncaster. You will be the main point of contact for office tenant queries, facilities management and back office administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, be passionate about building relationships with people and strive to deliver excellent customer service. Full training provided, to apply for this role you must be available to start in July 2021. In return you will receive the following.

Benefits GBP21,000 salary, 28 days holiday plus stats, onsite parking, company pension scheme. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30pm 1 hour lunch break.

As the Office Centre Manager you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the business centre is run smoothly on a day-to-day basis with excellent lines of communication between centre staff and tenants.

• Receive incoming sales enquiries from potential tenants, showing people around facilities and taking potential tenants through relevant compliance paperwork in order to rent office space.

• Providing high levels of Customer Care and satisfaction to existing and new tenants, maintaining Health & Safety standards and responding promptly to any queries.

• Credit control, ensuring tenants invoices are paid on time and in full and forwarding information over to the Finance Team.

• Manage the IT and telephone systems ensuring systems and paperwork are kept up to date, working closely with the off-site IT Manager on any networking issues.

• Manage all aspects of the H&S of the centre from both a tenant and staff perspective, ensuring the team are trained to the required standard.

• Conducting weekly H&S checks including fire safety checks, legionella testing (training provided), walk arounds and updating H&S spreadsheet.

• Maintain record of tenants moving in and out, payments processed and any new prospects.

• Book meeting rooms for external tenants and raise invoices.

As the Office Centre Manager you will have the following:

• Available to start in July 2021

• Previous experience working in a similar role

• Strong background in administration with excellent organisational skills

• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service

• Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

• Previous expereince in office Health & Safety standards and maintaining Health & Safety records

• Excellent communication skills
