What Will You Be Doing?Our South Western Region have announced a new ATF Customer Service Advisor opportunity which has become available to join our brand new Dealership located in Avonmouth opening in July 2021.
As our new colleague you will be required to maximise workshop loading utilisation for ATF lane to maximise service department profitability.
Main duties
- Liaising with customers to maximise sales of company services & products (profitability)
- Development of customer relationships & business opportunities
- Responsibility for following credit control department instructions for prevention of aged debtor situations
- To ensure account customers have sufficient credit to enable all work advised to be carried out as agreed and ensuring all cash sales are charged and money collected on completion of job.
- Organisation & loading of ATF Loading
- Awareness of new service & maintenance opportunities
- Maintain good working relationship with DVSA representatives
- Good time management to be most effective in role Build & maintain close working relationship with manufacturer representatives
- Maintain effective communication with customers, workshop staff and other departmental staff.
- Maintain a high level of appearance with a high standard of courtesy and efficiency contact and communication.
- Provide regular & good quality communication & feedback to customers, staff & manufacturer partners as required
- Security of customers vehicles
- Site parking & housekeeping standards
- Customer care / customer handling
- Managing ATF bookings to achieve utilisation of over 92% daily
- Administor all job card, sublet and invoice for the ATF lane
- DVSA account management
- Scheduling MOT dates for maintained vehicles
- Produce estimates for the workshop for repairs
- Support and Assist service reception as and when required in particular lunch cover and holiday
- Daily/Weekly Reports to key accounts
- Maintenance of Health, Safety & Environmental standards
