Sales Support Coordinator
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will manage the daily administration for the Sales team using Excel. Ensuring that report, quotations, customer service and sales administration processes are as efficient as possible. Strong Excel skills are essential for this role (Pivot Tables, Graphs and Tables as a minimum)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting the sales teams with administration support
- Weekly customer reporting
- Weekly Sales performance reporting
- Using Glenigan to find leads for the sales teams
- Managing and reporting on inbound leads
- Helping with the management of key accounts
- Quotation and order processing
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Previous customer support or sales support experience
Comfortable working in a busy and fast paced environment
IT savvy - especially with Excel
