Project Supervisor
Based:
Droitwich
Role:
To supervise and support in the volume production and assembly of small products, subsequent assembly , quality control and packing.
Responsibilities:
To train, support and oversee the project team of up to 14 operatives in the assembly of small metal components either by hand or with light machinery, assembly to medals, final QC, packing and despatch.
To liaise with the Management to ensure project production targets are met and ensure product quality standards are maintained.
Requirements:
Experience of a similar project role is essential.
Experience of managing people on this scale is also essential.
Attention to detail.
Organised and structured.
Ability to work to targets and timeline.
Working Hours:
39 - 42.5 per week.
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm (30mins unpaid lunch break)
Timeframe:
26th July 2021 - 28th February 2022
