We are working in partnership with a leading home care and live-in care organistaion based on the Berkshire/Hampshire borders.
They are an extremely successful and quality led care provider and are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to help them reach the next stage of their development.
Duties Include:
- Meeting growth targets for the business both in daily care and live in care
- Ensuring compliance in line with the CQC regulations, inspections and CQC guidance and legislation
- Managing an established team and developing their skills as required
- Managing recruitment needs on a ongoing basis
- Have good people skills to be enable to interact with clients potential carers and other professionals
- Have a knowledge of health care preferably domiciliary or live-in care but if someone has strong management skills and is familiar with the relevant legislation then this will be considered
- Must be a car driver, be computer literate and familiar with care systems
- Must have a flexible approach and be able to deal with issues that may arise regarding clients or carers
- Have a financial understanding so is able to make informed decisions that benefit the business
- It is important to have a can do approach
- Be able to build relationships locally
- Be passionate about care and achieving the best outcomes possible for each individual client and carer
- Training to ensure all carers are compliant with their training needs
- To be familiar with risk in the industry and not to put the business in jeopardy
The successful candidate will be working closely with the business owners and will play a key part in the company short, medium and long term strategy and vision.
Salary for the role is depending on experience but will be in the region of GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 + benefits and career opportunities.
