Location: Fowlmere, Cambridgeshire
Salary: Competitive, DOE
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our growing project management team. As a Project Co-ordinator, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.

The Role:

The Role will report to the Group Data Analyst and will involve the following:

• Planning projects
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
• Monitoring project progress
• Ensuring deadlines are met by all departments
• Provide administrative support, documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Undertake other reasonable tasks as directed by the Project Manager
• Running small projects
• Cross department communication

The Person:

This is a hands-on role and the person appointed will:-

• Multi Task mindset
• Works well under pressure
• Experience in Project Management desirable, but training will be given to the right candidate
• Strong Working knowledge of MS Office & Jira
• Advanced time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across many levels
• Ambition to learn and grow with the project team and the company

Experience in the following areas would be preferable;

• Project co-ordination
• Understanding of mechanical drawings
• Understanding of Electronics
• New product development
• Design for manufacture
• Supply Chain
