-Experience working in a large, multi outlet venue, be it hotel, stadia or events venue
-Experience managing teams in varied settings, such as bar, restaurant service, room service & guest services
-Being a hands on manager is essential, as is the ability to think fast to changing situations.
-A professional and confident demeanour is essential, as is the ability to show the company ethos & high standards every day in service & management.
