My client is a small independent recruiter that are very well established in the Peterborough area and have a database of dedicated clients as well as a team of established consultants in branch.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong recruitment management background in either Industrial, Technical and Enginnering, Driving/ Logistics, Healthcare, or Construction sector or be a proven billing Senior Recruitment Consultant seeking their first Team/Leader position.
As a billing recruitment branch manager, you'll be responsible for continuing to grow the branch to its full potential and have the full support and guidance of the senior management team behind you as well as your team of consultants.
The person they are seeking will lead by example and will be responsible for driving the branch forwards, It is important that you possess the skills to motivate, inspire and develop your team to hit budget, and be a confident billing Manager yourself.
