We are currently recruiting for an Operations manager, to manage our pre-employment screening department, staff, and resources effectively and to be responsible for meeting Screening KPI's.

Basic Requirements:

* At least 5 years' experience working at management level within a service-delivery or call centre environment, preferably one which utilised IT systems for the planning tracking and completion of those services.

* Proven experience of managing and motivating staff and of utilising available resources efficiently.

* In-depth knowledge of screening processes, DPA and information security

* Understanding of compliance and quality management, cyber risks, and relevant certification.

* Proven proactive can-do attitude, problem solving skills, values and honesty/integrity driven with a great work ethic.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Efficiently manage screening department staff, workflow and resources using appropriate planning tools and metrics.

* Plan in advance and distribute across the division's team's workload to meet client's TA

* Contribute towards the production of annual budgets. Achieve a minimum 95% client retention rate through excellent service delivery (quality, cost, and timelines)

* Conduct appraisals and one-to-one reviews ensuring that team leaders and their reportees meet strategic objectives.

* Develop in-depth, operational understanding of the screening platform and the operational team's day to day workload, along with understanding or the processes required to deliver screening checks for clients in-order to support the

* Ensure compliance with information security requirements, including ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, business continuity processes and the Information Commissioners Office

* Liaise closely with the Head of IT and Compliance to ensure that the highest standards of personal information security are applied, monitored and reviewed.

* Ensure compliance with quality management processes, use ISO 9001 to manage and respond to non-conformances and/or client complaints whilst continually looking for opportunities to improve performance.

* Provide operational management of 3rd Party suppliers to ensure continued high quality and timely service delivery.

* Maintain contact with relevant security groups and networks, including NAPB.

* Any other duties as reasonably required.
