Job Title Sous Chef - Accommodation Available
Beautiful small hotel with award winning restaurant located near to Ipswich, Stowmarket and Hadleigh are currently seeking an experienced Sous chef to work in this beautiful venue.
The Role:

Steeped in history and character this stunning venue has a fantastic reputation based on the first class service and 3 rosette quality food they deliver
*
As Sous chef you will be responsible for supporting the head chef in running this well established and successful kitchen team. We are looking for individuals with a passion for the best quality produce, cooked and served to a very high level
*
The Sous chef will have good communication skills, a calm manner and be pro active with a positive attitude. The right candidate will need to have at least 3 years experience at a 2 rosette level establishment.

Shared staff accommodation is available at a hugely discounted rate and is opposite the venue.
*
This privately owned operation can hold up to 100 covers and also do bespoke weddings and private functions for up to 150 guests and diners.
