Job Title Breakfast Chef
The Opportunity
A rare opportunity with our well-known client offering fantastic work-life balance as breakfast Chef.
Our client is a 4* Hotel and 2AA Rosette restaurant, offering classic elegance and great food.
You will be responsible for prepping and cooking breakfast, then prepping sandwiches and snacks for the afternoon, helping with any conferences/events and preparing staff lunches.
Breakfast is served either as a buffet or plated, depending on the number of residents booked, allowing you to work independently without being overloaded.
You will benefit from working shifts with either a 6am or 7am start time - varied finish time depending on residents, lunch bookings etc but always within a 48 hr working week.
The kitchen is very established, with the team tending to stay for a good length of time.
