Job Title - Sales Support Administrator
Location - West Malling, Kent
Salary - GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 per annum + benefits
On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to support the effective running of a busy supply company in the West Malling area. The successful candidate will support the Sales team and ensure efficient administration of all related documentation.
Key Duties
* Customs documentation
* Purchase Order set-up
* Maintain Vessel Arrivals spreadsheet
* Maintain Supplier shipment details
* Stock reconciliation
* Co-ordinate Transport requirements
* Sales Order processing
* Purchase invoice referencing and processing
* Customer contact
* Rejections / returns management
* QC liaison
* Proactive problem solving
* Commercial awareness
Key requirements
* Strong organisation skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliable and flexible attitude
* Numerate
* Computer literate
* Analytical
* Ability to anticipate potential problems
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Salary is GBP25,000 to GBP28,000 depending on experience
