YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A CASUAL DINING OR FAST FOOD
Working closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth running of the site
Ensuring prep is complete before service
Weekly stock takes and stock ordering
Keeping daily due diligence records for food safety
