Atkinson Moss are happy to be partnering with a business based in the centre of Norwich who are looking to recruit for a 2nd Line IT Support Analyst. As a business, they are going through a large period of growth, which also includes the onboarding of several high-profile clients within their sector. This therefore has opened opportunity for expansion within the IT Support function.
As a 2nd Line Support Analyst in this business, you will be a main point of contact for their clients. Diagnosing and triaging issues users have and working closely with their in-house development team to solve more complex technical problems. There is a great chance for development as the business moves further into 2021 and beyond, so now is the time to become part of this journey!
We are looking for candidates to have at least 1 years' experience within an IT Support related role, ideally offering software/applications support. Alongside this we are looking for candidates to have experience in some of, if not, all the following:-
- Demonstratable experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support position
- Experience with the use of Active Directory
- Knowledge of Office 365 and related products
- Excellent customer service skills
- A genuine passion for technology
