Sous Chef **** GBP **** Live in Accommodation Available
My client's hotel is set in the stunning Lake District in Cumbria. We are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join the Kitchen Brigade.
As Sous Chef you will be a team player and able to deal with the pressure of working in a busy operation in striving for quality and perfection in every single dish.
Main Duties as Sous Chef
Controlling and directing the food production process.
Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer.
Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality.
Determining food inventory needs, stocking & ordering.
Being responsible for health and safety (including all paperwork within the food safety policy)
Required skills as Sous Chef.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure.
